History of Present Illness: a woman in her late 80’s p/w 1 week of on and off epistaxis. She takes Plavix but it is not new. She was COVID negative recently as a routine screening where she lives. She denies other complaints.
Vital Signs & Physical Exam: Vital signs are normal. Physical exam is normal except for slow epistaxis from both nares and mild petechiae
