  1. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.
  2. To keep shipping costs down, books are sent by US post without tracking.
  3. Items typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, but you should allow at least 3 weeks before considering an item late.
  4. If an item takes more than 3 weeks to arrive let us know and we can send a free replacement copy.
  5. If an item is late please contact me directly at bradysan@hotmail.com rather than filing a complaint through Paypal, although it is within your rights to do so.
  6. If the shipping address has errors it will be the buyers responsibility to pay any duplicate shipping costs.
